<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize operation by correcting a tension based on a prescribed operation and inhibiting tension variation of the central processing section of a continuous rolling line. CONSTITUTION:The tension variation is estimated by a prescribed operation from the difference between the speed difference between materials 5 to be treated on the inlet and outlet sides of a looper 3 and the moving speed of the looper 3, the rate of change of this difference by time and a relation of the materials 5 to be treated and the tension criterion of a tension establishment device of bridle rolls 1 on the inlet side of the central processing section 7 are corrected corresponding to this estimated value. In this way, bad effects such as meandering of a plate generated by the tension variation, plate thickness variation in a rolled part, shape deterioration are prevented and stabilized operation is executed.</p> |
