<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a harmful work in an exhaust process for a turbo- compound engine, recover a combustion energy of fuel effectively and convert it into an engine torque. CONSTITUTION:A methanol injector 81 is installed at an exhaust manifold 15 of a two-cycle 3-cylinder engine 1 for achieving complete combustion of supply fuel, a rotary armature 23 is disposed at a turbocharger 2. and a turbine generator 3 is installed on the downstream of the turbocharger 2. An output from the rotary armature 23 and a power generator 32 driven by exhaust gas is supplied to a motor 6 connected with a flywheel 16 through a rectifier 4 and an inverter 5 for increasing an engine torque.</p> |
