PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for exciting and de-exciting and to increase the field utilizing time by providing the function which is characterized by the automatic variation of the voltage varying speed corresponding to the voltage value in the part wherein the voltage corresponding to the output current of an exciter is generated. CONSTITUTION:An output pattern generator 6 is constituted by an integrator 5, a constant voltage generator 7, a voltage detector 8, and an integrating time constant switching unit 9. The output of the generator 7 is fed to the integrator 5, and the voltage is integrated by the time. Therefore, the output voltage from the integrator 5 to a comparator 2 varies with the time at a constant speed. When the output voltage has reached a set voltage, the voltage detector detects this, sends a signal to the integrating time constant switching unit 9. The switching unit 9 inputs the integrated time constant corresponding to the preliminarily set several exciting speeds to the integrator 5. The pattern of the output current of a DC power source 1 can be specified by this method, and the time requined for exciting and de-exciting the super conductive magnet can be greatly shortened. |
