PURPOSE:To utilize the tensile strength of reinforcing fibers without shortening the pot life of a binding agent by heating a fiber body immediately before the binding agent is cured while applying tension to the fiber body. CONSTITUTION:Fiber bundles 1 of reinforcing fibers are knitted by a knitting machine 2 in a braid shape, and a fiber body constituted with the fiber bundle 1 and impregnated with a binding agent 5 in an impregnating tank 4 is prepared. The fiber body 3 is heated in a heating furnace 6 immediately before the binding agent 5 is cured by a curing oven 9 while applying tension to the fiber body 3 by nip rollers 7, and a material for structure sufficiently utilizing the tensile strength of reinforcing fibers is acquired. |
