PURPOSE:To provide a motor lock detecting circuit having simplified structure and enhanced operability. CONSTITUTION:When a motor is in locked state, a comparing circuit 22 outputs a lock detection signal based on the potential of a capacitor 21. When a switching signal C being employed at the time of starting the motor is inputted to the differentiating circuit 39 of a lock detecting circuit 1, a High level signal is fed to the control terminal of a switching element 33 which is thereby conducted. Consequently, a capacitor 21 is discharged to cause potential drop thereof and the output of the comparing circuit 22 goes Low to reset the lock detection state. |
