On either side of the line of running of the metal wire (1) are arranged two parallel metal plates (2, 3), on each of and along which are fixed, alternately, rollers (20, 30) and flat guides (21, 31), each of the plates (2, 3) possessing, not far from each of its ends, an oblong orifice (22, 23; 32, 33) having a longitudinal axis which is not parallel to the said plate (2, 3), the longitudinal axes of the orifices (22, 23) of the same plate (2) being parallel to each other but not parallel to those (32, 33) of the other plate (3), making the same angle as the latter ones with the line of passage of the wire (1), symmetrically with respect to the said line, studs (40, 41; 42, 43) being arranged in each of the orifices (22, 23; 32, 33), the said studs being solidly fastened to the wall (4) against which the plates (2, 3) may slide. <IMAGE>
