PURPOSE:To prevent a mooring rope of an anchor settled from occurring and improve the safety of shipping. CONSTITUTION:A position of a ship 1 is prestored by a GPS measuring means 8, and when a difference in distance with a position of another ship 1 detected by the GPS measuring means 8 anew goes beyondmore than some specified distance, a mooring rope 2' of an anchor 2 is delivered in addition, thereby preventing any anchor drifting from occurring.
