PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of the position of printing start by the dispersion of positions, where a user sets a form, by absolutely determining the position of printing to the form, to return only a correction section to the state of white paper by an ink eraser, etc., when one part of a text printed once intends to be corrected and enable printing only to the section again, and to obviate the generation of wasteful white paper. CONSTITUTION:A reception means 3 receives printing information from a telecommunication circuit, printing information received is stored in a printing- information storage means 4, the position of a form is detected by a scanner 5 mounted onto the carrying path of a paper-feed means 2, and information read by the scanner 5 is stored in a scanning-information storage means 6. The correction value of the position of printing start is computed by a control means 6 according to information stored in the scanning-information storage means 6, and stored in a correction-value storage means 7. A printing means 1 conducts printing according to the correction value stored in the correction- value storage means 7. |
