PURPOSE:To prevent the noise caused by the vibration of a recording sheet. CONSTITUTION:A contact member 15 comes into contact with a fed recording sheet 13 on the upstream side of a platen roller 14a in a sheet feed direction or between the platen roller 14a and discharge roller 17a. Since the contact member is in contact with the recording sheet 13, the minute vibration of the recording sheet 13 is reduced and the noise caused by vibration is reduced. |
