<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of undesirable pulses at the output of sense amplifiers during a changeover of a pair of column lines. CONSTITUTION:A pair of column lines N01-1 and N01-2 are connected to a differential amplifier 101a through a column selecting circuit 100, the differential amplifier 101a amplifies minute voltage differences on a pair of column lines and outputs them to output lines N01-7 and N01-8. The output line N01-7 converts the current driving capability and configures a sense amplifier output signal S01. This sense amplifier output signal S01 is supplied to the control node of an inverter cirucit 101b through inverters IN1-3 and IN1-4 and the inverter circuit 101b functions by either one of the two threshold values in responding to the control node voltage. As shown above, the inverter circuit selectively uses the two threshold values to converts the current driving capability of a second transistor N1-7 and prevents the generation of undesirable pulses during a changeover of a pair of column lines.</p> |
