PURPOSE:To surely prevent that a bonding wire is cut in a manufacturing process or that a photoelectric transducer and the bonding wire are short- circuited. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric transducer 13 is mounted on a wiring pattern 11 formed on two faces of a first prism-shaped ceramic member 10; the circumference of the photoelectric transducer 13 is covered with a second ceramic member 14 which is formed to be by, e.g. about 0.5mm higher than the height of the photoelectric transducer 13. The second ceramic member 14 is stacked and arranged collectively on the front side of the first ceramic member 10. An anode electrode for the photoelectric transducer 13 is connected to a wiring pattern 12 via a bonding wire 15.
