CONSTITUTION:A guiding member 23 which guides the sheet S on which an image has been transferred and leads it to a fixing device 17 is formed of a member which can be elastically deformed and supported by a fixing device cover 17c, and a microswitch 30 for detecting the elastic deformation of the member 23, which is equal to or above a fixed amount, is provided on the cover 17c. As the deflection of the sheet S becomes Large, the member 23 is pressed by the deflection to be elastically deformed and absorbs the deflection. When the member 23 is elastically deformed equal to or above the fixed amount, the microswitch 30 detects it.</p> |
