PURPOSE:To improve operability by devising the system so that users subscribing to plural electronic mail processing systems control other system from one system without accessing all the systems. CONSTITUTION:A mail sent from other electronic mail processing system is transferred via an exchange network 20 and a mail transfer means 2 and stored and distributed in a mail box 5. When the distribution processing is finished, processing mail notice information is generated and noticed to a user deputy processing means 4, in which whether or not deputy processing is required is decided. When it is decided that the deputy processing is required, the processing content is analyzed and checked and the deputy processing is executed. Then a mail taking the result of execution as a content is generated and sent to a caller. Thus, one processing system controls the other processing system and the operability is improved. |
