The remote control circuit has a microcomputer (1), into which can be written signals arriving from the telephone line (AsL) over a line adaptor (2) and a call recognition (3). It supplies an output signal to a component (4), which carries out the line engagement, holding, and release. Signals from the system can be written into the microcomputer for processing and corresponding remote control. They are also used for changing the stage of the control component via a speech memory (6). The microcomputer is linked via a bus coupler (8) with an installation bus system (9) with numerous control lines, to which the controllable functional components are connected.
