PURPOSE:To easily change the grade of a membership function. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of C-MOS inverters consisting of P-MOSFETs 1a-4a and N-MOSFETs 1b-4b are connected in parallel to this membership function generating circuit, and also a grade changeover switch 5 is installed therein that can connect or disconnect each C-MOS inverter to and from the main circuit. This membership function generating circuit is constituted such that to all the C-MOS inverters connected in parallel to the membership function generating circuit, resistors are connected in series and an input signal is applied to the common gate for C-MOS inverters to output a sum of currents flowing in all the C-MOS inverters as a membership function. |
