发明名称 DRIVE CIRCUIT OF VIBRATION TYPE MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the waveform distortion in the primary side coil of a transformer to imrpove efficiency by connecting an inductor element with the primary side coil in a motor for driving a piezoelectric body to vibrate through applying the secondary side output of the transformer to the piezoelectric body. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is constituted by MOS FETs 1, 2, 3 and 4, transformers 5 and 6 each having a primary side center tap, and piezoelectric bodies 7 and 8 and inductors 9 and 10 being the driving source of a vibration wave motor. When a signal A1 changes from Low to High, FET 1 is turned ON; and when the value of the inductor 9 is set so that the frequency of a current flowing to the inductor 9 is twice as much as a drive frequency (frequency of A1) or more, FET 2 also operates in the same way by A2-signal. Also, the inductor 10 is set so that FETS 3 and 4 also operate in the same way by signals B1 and B2. Thus, the waveform on the primary side is made smooth so that the distortion of the waveform on the secondary side decreases too.
