Device for assembling chute slipways in which each slipway or shell elements (1, 2, 3) has, at each of its two ends, a lip (7, 8) perpendicular to the axis of this slipway, each lip (7, 8) including a centring element (14, 15) intended to facilitate assembly between successive shell elements (1, 2). The fastening of these shell elements (1, 2) is carried out by bolting (11, 12, 13) a resin seal (21) which seals off the joint between the shell elements (1, 2) and thus provides a continuous slipway surface (4). In order to facilitate assembling superimposed shell elements together (1, 3), this assembly device may further include, at the upper ends of the slipway surface (4), two longitudinal outer edges (5, 6) also equipped with centring elements (14, 15). <IMAGE>
