<p>The device and the method of the invention relate to the cold-forming by rolling of revolution parts (7). The device is comprised of two similar serrated rollers (9A, 9B) arranged symetrically with respect to the part to be formed (7), and which are similarly rotationally driven at a speed Vm and approaching progressively the axis of the part to be formed (X1-X1). Said part (7) is itself rotationally driven at a speed Vp such that Vp = Vm N1/N2, N1 being the number of grooves on each serrated roller (9A, 9B), N2 being the number of grooves to be formed on the part (7). An initial adjustment allows to match the grooves formed by each of the rollers or wheels on the part (7). The device and the method allow to obtain parts with a very high precision.</p> |
