<p>A thermosensitive recording material having a high whiteness and capable of forming thereon colored images having an excellent oil and plasticizer resistance and persistency over a long time, comprises a thermosensitive colored image forming layer formed on a sheet substrate and comprising, together with a dye precursor and a binder, a color-developing agent comprising at least one compound of the formulae (I) to (VIII). CH2 = C(CH3)CONHCONHCO - R1 (I> CH2 = C(CH3)CONHCO - S - R1 (II> CH2 = C(CH3)CONHCOON = C(R3) - R2 (III> CH2= C(CH3)CONHCO - O - R4 (IV> CH2 = C(CH3)CONHCO - N(R6) - R5 (V> R7 - CONHCO - R8 (VI> R9 - CONHCO - O - R10 (VII> and R10 - CONNCO - N(R11) - R12 (VIII> wherein R1 = H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkenyl or cycloalkyl, R2 and R3 = H, alkyl, aryl aralkyl, alkenyl or acetyl, or are fuse-bonded to form a cyclic structure, R4 = alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkenyl, piperidino, succinimide, rho -benzylphenyl, etc., R5 and R6 = H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkenyl cycloalkyl, etc., or are fuse-bonded to form <CHEM> group, R7, R9, and R11 = unsubstituted or substituted aromatic groups with alkyl, alkoxyl, acyl, etc., R8, R10 and R12 = unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or alkenyl with alkyl, alkoxyl, acyl, nitro or halogen, and R13 = H or unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, aryl aralkyl or alkenyl with alkyl, alkoxyl, acyl, nitro or halogen.</p> |
