PURPOSE:To feed a large quantity of heat energy with high quality by stably controlling the temperature of a cell cooling system without using a cooling unit. CONSTITUTION:A fuel cell main body 1 and a steam separator 2 separating the cell cooling water used as the cooling medium of the fuel cell main body 1 and heated by the reaction heat of the fuel cell main body 1 into the vapor phase and water phase are provided. The steam separated by the steam separator 2 is utilized as the heat energy with high quality, and the water separated by the steam separator 2 is fed to the cell cooling system of the fuel cell main body 1 as the cooling water. An evaporator 7 feeding the water separated by the steam separator 2 via a decompression adjusting valve 8 is provided in a fuel cell power generating system, and the water obtained by the evaporator 7 is mixed with the water fed to the cell cooling system 11 of the fuel cell main body 1 from the steam separator 2. |
