REFLECTIVE DYE RECORDING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve high light reflectivity and optical recording reproduction characteristics in a reflective optical recording material for semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:In an optical recording material, a reflective silver surface wherein metal silver fine particles with a particle size of 0.003-3mum including silver nuclei or a nuclei of a metal nobler than silver are dispersed on at least one surface of a hydrophobic binder layer in high density is provided and a dye such as a phthalocyanine or naphthalocyanine derivative showing a light absorption peak of 700-900nm and a Gram absorption constant of 10<4>ml/g.cm or more is added to the high density silver fine particle layer in a molecular dispersed state at a ratio of 0.1-10% by wt. of the binder.
