PURPOSE:To use conductive patterns as conductor layers at the time of forming images and as signal lines for driving after production of a liquid crystal panel by using a base material successively laminated with the conductive patterns and a photoconductor layer on a transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION:The entire surface of a base material for color filters is subjected, to negative electrification by using an electrifier 10. The base material is irradiated with light 8 for exposing through a mask 7 after the electrification. Exposing is so executed that the parts of the mask 7 where light passes match with picture element parts. The electrification of the parts (picture element forming parts) cast with the light of the conductive patterns 2 corresponding to the parts under the photoconductor layer 1 decreases at the time of exposing and the electrification (electrostatic latent image) remains in the picture element non-forming parts. The picture elements 4 can be formed in the picture element forming parts after development if development (reversal development) is executed by using a toner having the same polarity as the polarity of the electrification, i.e., negative charge after the exposing. The similar stage is further repeated twice by changing the color of the toner, by which the color filter having picture elements of 3 colors red 4, green 5 and blue 6 is produced. |
