PURPOSE:To make a capacity of a winding type coil increase and make its size and characteristic deviation decrease, by forming its winding body part in the form of a cylinder, and by providing on the cylindrical surface, a plurality of protruded streaks, each having an obtuse ridge part, in the cylinder axis direction. CONSTITUTION:On the cylindrical surface of a winding body part 3 of a drum core 2, two protruded streaks 7a, 7a, whose ridge parts form obtuse angles respectively, are provided in its axis direction. The ridge part of the protruded streak 7a is made obtuse, because if it forms an acute angle, then a winding space is made large in the same way as the winding body of a square pillar. When a winding 6 is wound around the winding body part 3, the winding 6 in a first layer 5a is wound uniformly on the cylindrical surface of the winding body part 3. Then, even if a second layer 5b is formed, the winding 6 in the first layer 5a can be wound in an aligning way, since it is stopped from sliding by virtue of the ridge part of the protruded streak 7a. Further, in the layers on and after a third layer 5c, since the winding 6 is not slid by virtue of the aligned windings continuing from the first layer 5a, the aligned windings are made possible extensively. Thereby, the size of the winding type coil can be reduced, and its capacity and reliability can be increased together with no swelled winding. |
