PURPOSE:To effectively use a substrate by extending an output terminal along edges of a plurality of generating elements in parallel aligning direction of the elements in a solar cell module in which the plurality of generating elements are aligned in parallel, and further connected in series. CONSTITUTION:Transparent electrode layers 2 for constituting generating elements and parts 8 becoming output terminals are formed by a mask patterning on a glass board 1. The electrodes 2 are aligned laterally in such a manner that each set has two, and the parts 8 becoming the terminals are extended at upper and lower edges of the board 1. The layers 2 and the terminals 8 are screen printed with conductive paste 3. The paste is formed of silver paste, printed at a right side edge on the layers 2 and at a center on the terminals 8. With this structure, even if the elements are formed in a slender shape, since the terminals are formed along a lateral direction of the board, the parts which do not contribute to generation can be reduced. |
