<p>PURPOSE:To provide a scroll fluid machine of which the scroll surface part is insured with oil and farmed with oil film thereon, sliding characteristic is improved, and strength of the scroll lap part is improved. CONSTITUTION:A fine rugged part is provided at least on either a turning scroll 6 or a stationary scroll 5, and the surface structure is provided with a minute hardening layer. Oil is sufficiently insured, oil film can be formed, hence friction resistance is reduced, friction loss is decreased, and seizure resisting property is improved. Further, fatigue life strength is improved.</p> |
