PURPOSE:To provide a diaphragm excellent in the durability under the high temperature atmosphere by specifying a rate of a foundation to the whole thickness while filling the foundation of heat resisting plain weave fibers with heat resisting rubber. CONSTITUTION:While a foundation 11A formed of heat resisting plain weave fibers is filled with heat resisting rubber R, a rate of the foundation 11A to the whole thickness is set to 70-99% to form a diaphragm. Then, aromatic polyamide fibers (aramide fibers), aromatic polyester fibers (polyarylate fibers), etc., are used for the heat resisting fibers. Also, the thickness of threads consisting of the heat resisting fibers used for the foundation 11A is set to 20-40 count and the plain weave thickness is set to 0.3-0.8mm for example. Further, fluorine rubber, cylinder rubber, etc., are used for the heat resisting rubber R, so that the durability under the high temperature atmosphere is improved. |
