The invention relates to an insulating shuttering element for concrete intended in particular for the building industry for the construction of solid elements. The insulating shuttering element (1) is formed from a shuttering-forming metal sheet (2) and from a rear metal sheet (3) which enclose between them an insulating material (4) such as a polyurethane foam. According to the invention, the shuttering element (1) has evenly distributed means for bonding the insulating material (4) to the metal sheets (2 and 3). These bonding means are in the form of wire nettings (5 and 6) embedded in the insulating material (4) and fixed to the metal sheets (2 and 3).
