The invention relates to a multilayer pharmaceutical formulation containing layers with various active ingredient content, a water-impermeable layer applied thereon and an adhesive layer ensuring the fixation to the body surface of the pharmaceutical formulation, which comprises: a silicone rubber layer directly contacting with the skin surface and ensuring the zero order kinetics of the dissolution of the active ingredient; as well as a multilaminated silicone rubber matrix comprising one or more layer(s) with various active ingredient content.
