<p>PURPOSE:To provide a low cost woodgrained decorative sheet which appears to be a real wood with a shining touch and is free from any chromatic blur due to the background when the sheet is attached to plywood. CONSTITUTION:The title woodgrained decorative sheet 1 consists of transparent thermal plastic resin films 5 with a fine threadlike uneven pattern 4 of fine wavey curves on the surface laminated on the surface of a colored thermal plastic resin film 3 with a woodgrain pattern printed layer 2 formed on the surface. The colored thermal plastic resin film 3 is laminated on the transparent thermal plastic resin film 5 in one piece, and at the same time, the fine threadlike uneven pattern 4 is formed on the surface of the transparent thermal plastic resin film 5 using an embossing plate with the fine threadlike uneven pattern 4.</p> |
