PURPOSE:To provide the coating resin composition capable of forming a smooth coating film extremely excellent in transparency, adhesiveness, resistances to water, chemicals, heat, scratching, and the like and useful for forming coating films for many kinds of articles, especially, the color filter protective film. CONSTITUTION:The coating resin composition characterized by comprising [A] a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (a) N-substituted maleimide, (b) 4-8C tertiary alkyl methacrylate, (c) acrylic acid/or methacrylic acid, and (d) when needed, an unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the components (a)-(c), and [B] an epoxy resin having >=2 epoxy groups in the molecule. |
