PURPOSE:To join uniformly extending over the whole surface by heating and softening efficiently only a surface layer at a comparatively low temperature in the case where fusing and lamination of a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet is performed by a thermal lamination method. CONSTITUTION:Surface layers a1, a2 of a joining surface sides of foamed sheets A1, A2 to be laminated are made into a rough surface by napping them finely extending over the whole surface by an abrasive device such as a metallic brush (4), the surface layers a1, a2 are heated, softened and surface layers a1, a2 are joined to each other. |
