<p>PURPOSE:To control a high-mount stop lamp to be turned on or off by a fact that whether there is a succeeding car or not. CONSTITUTION:This controller, having a light switch 40, making headlights turn on or off, a speedometer 30 for car speed displaying, a stop lamp switch 20, making a high mount stop lamp 70 turn on or off, and a back sonar 10 measuring a car-to-car distance eith a succeeding car, is provided with a control means 50 which operates an unlight circuit for the high-mount stop lamp 70 to turn on of off on the basis of information out of these elements. In addition, this control means 50 is provided with a high-mount stop lamp automatic unlight function which operates the unlight circuit 60 for the lamp 70 at a time when car speed becomes less than the specified speed and the succeeding car is entered within the preset car-to-car distance.</p> |
