PURPOSE:To attain to enhance working efficiency in a product dropping process, by providing a monitor control apparatus for confirming the dropping of a product from a mold when the mold is brought to an open state. CONSTITUTION:When a movable side mold was brought to an open state, the state between molds 2, 3 is photographed by a television camera 12 and the image output S2 thereof is imparted to a monitor control apparatus 13. When a molded product is not perfectly dropped by first projection operation but dropped by second projection operation, the control apparatus 13 confirms that the product remains between molds 2, 3 to establish a state waiting an injector return restricting signal FS3. During this time, because resetting to a projection operation timer from the control apparatus 13 is no performed, an injection molding machine main body drive control apparatus 11 performs the injection operation of the injector of an injection molding machine main body 1 and generates the injector return restricting signal FS3 at the completion time of said operation. If the product is dropped from the injection molding machine main body 1 by this second projection operation, this state is confirmed by the control apparatus 13 and the injection operation timer is reset and the mold clamping operation of the injection molding machine main body 1 by the control apparatus 11 is started. |
