The method according to the invention consists in: - openings (24) in the face (21) and under a relief (23); - marking the face (21) pierced with openings (24) and close to these openings, with a milling (25) in order to form a flap (26); - bringing a small rod (6) including a number of male press studs (5) close to the milling (25) by means of a loader; - moulding the base (50) of the stud (5) onto the flap (26) of the face (21) with the aid of an adhesive product, so that the clip-in finger (52) interacts with the corresponding opening (24) and until the latter becomes centred on the flange (51); - selecting break points (60) on the small rod (6) which connect the first male press stud to the second one, so that the loader can be withdrawn; - depositing adhesive product on the flank of larger surface-area of the face (21); - and in folding the flap (26) so that the base (50) comes to bear on the flank of the face (21). <IMAGE>
