<p>PURPOSE:To resolve such problems as working equipment change, time interval change for set-up work and carrying, and variation in the sum value (a workload rate) of working element times of respective working facilities that is follow a model change when a plurality of models are produced on a single line and used to be difficult by a conventional method. CONSTITUTION:A working material P comprising a plurality of models fed into a line is classified into groups on a production line for many models of product. The working material P is mixed by a charge device Q, and organized into a production unit T comprising a certain number of unit. Working elements are distributed so as to average the sum of working element time of each worker and a carrier R feeds the working material into respective workers S1, S2, S3 at certain time intervals. Accordingly, the working materials of a plurality of models can be repeatedly produced at a frequency corresponding to the production rate of each material, and a work content by each production unit of each working equipment and the sum of working element times can be kept constant.</p> |
