PURPOSE:To quickly deal with the change of the present state caused by the lapse of time or an accidental trouble and also to prevent the production or a useless plan or actions with a scheming device in an environment where various states are changed. CONSTITUTION:A state evaluating part 1 is provided to evaluate the present state together with a scheming part 2, and a target state production part 3 which estimates a target state. The part 3 produces a target state based on the evaluation of the part 1, and a producible action element of the target state is searched. Then a new practicable target of the searched target element is set, and this procedure is repeated so that the coincidence is secured between the new target and the present state. |
