INNER AND OUTER SURFACE SIMULTANEOUS LINING METHOD FOR VINYL CHLORIDE-LINED STEEL PIPE

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce an inner and outer surface vinyl chloride-lined steel pipe of high performance by applying a lining of vinyl chloride simultaneously to the inner and outer surfaces of a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:An outer surface vinyl chloride pipe insertion device 7 and an inner surface vinyl chloride pipe insertion device 8 are disposed on both sides of a vinyl chloride pipe simultaneous insertion part 6 respectively. An outer surface lining vinyl chloride pipe is sent to the device 7 from an outer surface lining vinyl chloride pipe insertion frame 9 to be slipped over the outer surface of steel pipe by the device 7. And an inner surface lining vinyl chloride pipe is sent to the device 8 from an inner surface lining vinyl chloride pipe insertion frame 10 to be inserted into the steel pipe by the device 8. The steel pipe fitted with vinyl chloride pipes on its outer and inner surfaces is then horizontally sent in a hot gas furnace 11 to be heated.
