METHOD FOR PRODUCING REGENERABLE SORPTION LAYER ON METAL SURFACE AND REGENERABLE SORPTION LAYER ON INNER WALL OF CRYOPUMP

PURPOSE: To provide a regenerative sorption layer comprising granulated powder unchangeable in a range of 4 deg.K-300 deg.C on a metal surface. CONSTITUTION: After preprocessing a metal surface, a uniform layer of sprayable liquid ceramic binding agent is sprayed by a spray gun. Granulated powder is then finely crushed by air pressure to be applied to the wet binding layer without disconnection. Loose granulated powder excessively put which is not fixed by the binding layer is then eliminated from the surface.
