<p>PURPOSE:To form a flat transformer with a reduced height by winding a primary coil small in number of windings in the first winding division, and a secondary coil large in number of windings in the second winding division. CONSTITUTION:For a bobbin 50, end flanges 50b and 50c are made at both ends of an angular case 50a which constitutes a winding part, and a middle flange 50d is made integrally between the end flanges 50b and 50c. The outer flange is made a little to one end flange 50b, and the angular case member 50a is divided into the first winding division 51 and the second winding division 52. The winding end is wrapped on the terminal pin 56a, and the winding is wound several tends turns in the first winding division between the end flange 50b and the middle flange 50d to make a primary coil 53. The terminal is fastened to the terminal pin 58c. The winding start is fastened to the terminal pin 58a, and then the winding is wound several thousands turns to make a secondary coil 54, and the winding terminal is fastened to the terminal pin 57c. Accordingly, it becomes a transformer of form lower than a conventional transformer.</p> |
