PURPOSE:To manufacture an acrylic resin sheet excellent in surface smoothness in an industrially advantageous manner CONSTITUTION:A benzophenone type compound and/or a benzotriazole base compound are compounded with an acrylic resin and the resulting composition is melted to be extruded on the surface of a cast roll in a sheet like form. The sheet like molten extrudate is electrostatically treated on the surface of the cast roll and cooled in the close contact state with the cast roll.
