The device is for transmitting three control signals with different pulse widths from each other to a receiving device to control AC electricity remotely. It includes an oscillator (1), a rectangular wave generator (2), a counter (3) for counting the rectangular signal from the generator (2) and generating rectangular signal, 1st, 2nd and 3rd switching sections (4,5,6), a combiner (7) with an OR gate (OG2) combining the outputs of the three switching sections (4,5,6), and an ultra-reproducing signal generator (8) for generating sine wave having constant frequency when the output signal of the combiner (7) is at high level.
