PURPOSE:To reduce low noise with simple configuration by connecting a rotor base to a communication face forming member, and providing a resilient member for retaining the transmission face forming member so as to be spaced from the transmitted face of an output member. CONSTITUTION:A resilient member 24c resiliently connects the thin wall part 24d of a rotor base part 24a and transmission forming member 24b. The resilient member 24c deforms when torque over a specified value acts on the transmission face forming member 24b to displace the transmission face forming member 24b so that a distance between the surfaces of the member 24b and a fan case 22 is enlarged. Silicone oil 28 between the member 24b and the case 22 transmits the rotation force of the base part 24a to the case 22 according to the degree of viscosity. When torque exceeding a specified value acts on the member 24b, a distance L between the surfaces is enlarged and thereby rotation force which can be transmitted by the silicone oil 28 is reduced. |
