PURPOSE:To realize the ringing prevention circuit highly integrated without reducing the high speed drive capability of a semiconductor integrated circuit with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An means to detect an output voltage is provided between a final output stage 3 of a semiconductor integrated circuit and an output terminal 4, and when a detection means detects it that an output voltage level is higher than a prescribed output voltage level, a 1st current control means 8 provided to the title circuit supplying a required current to drop an output voltage through a wiring connecting to the output terminal and when the detection means detects it that an output voltage level is lower than the prescribed output voltage level, a 2nd current control means 89 provided to the title circuit supplying a required current to increase an output voltage through a wiring connecting to the output terminal. |
