<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coated steel sheet with high surface adhesion by arranging a polyester resin layer or an epoxy resin layer with a thickness of 30A or larger and 1mum or smaller as a primer layer on the surface between a material steel sheet and an organic resin coat. CONSTITUTION:A material steel sheet is allowed to pass through a solution of polyester resin diluted using polar organic solvent to form a polyester resin layer or an epoxy resin layer with a thickness of 30Angstrom or larger and 1mum or smaller on the surface of the steel sheet. Next, the steel sheet is coated with an organic resin coating material to obtain a coated steel sheet with high surface adhesion between the material steel sheet and the coat. The recommended solvent for dilution is methyl chloride, carbon tetrachloride or chloroform as a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent. The best suited method of forming a polyester resin or an epoxy resin film as an organic first layer is to allow the material steel sheet to pass through a solution of polyester resin or epoxy resin. In addition, the recommended organic resin coating material is urethane, epoxy, acrylic or polyester resin.</p> |
