The subject of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a suspension, characterised in that it contains alginic acid at concentrations of between 2 and 7% (w/v), sodium bicarbonate at concentrations of between 1.5 and 7% (w/v) and at least one viscosity-promoting agent chosen from the group comprising xanthan gum, magnesium alginate and glycerol.
