PURPOSE:To execute speed conversion without any error even when phase fluctuation for a prescribed range takes place. CONSTITUTION:The converter converts the speed from a frequency (n) into a frequency (m) and is provided with a frame counter 1 receiving a clock whose frequency is (n) and a frame counter 3 receiving a clock whose frequency is (m) and generates a LOAD pulse to the frame counter 3 and a phase signal representing a phase fluctuation range of its own LOAD pulse outputted from the frame counter 3. Then its own LOAD pulse of the frame counter 3 and the phase signal are compared and when the fluctuation range of its own LOAD pulse is discriminated to be within a range of the phase signal, its own LOAD pulse is given to the frame counter 3 and when the fluctuation range of its own LOAD pulse is discriminated to be at the outside of the phase signal, the LOAD pulse is given to the frame counter 3. |
