The spray pipe (5) can turn about the longitudinal axis (L) relative to the shaft (16) whereby the nozzle (9) forming the spray jet (11) is only released in an angular range corresponding to the spray window (8). Outside of this angular range the nozzle is closed by the bearing block (7) or by a surface thereof enclosing the spray pipe (5). The shaft (16) which has brushes for cleaning inside the container does not turn about its axis and can be set coaxial or eccentric with the longitudinal axis (L) of the spray pipe. ADVANTAGE - It is now possible to separate the cleaning and spraying processes. The nozzles can be cleaned with the spray jet passing through the brushes to the container.
