SOLID ELECTROLYTE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte with a low electron conductivity by using lithium salt of the oxyacid in which the valance of a transition metal composing the oxyacid has a single valance. CONSTITUTION:Oxyacid salt lithium in which the valence of a transition metal composing the oxyacid has a single valence, e.g. melting substance of Li4SiO4-Li3 VO4 is cooled quickly in an atmosphere of oxygen. Then, the valence of V is unified to be pentavalent. Accordingly, conductivity of electron by hopping is eliminated and lithium ion conductive electrolyte with low conductivity of electron can be obtained.
