PURPOSE:To provide a slit die capable of forming excellent polymer thin-film PF having few bubbles in a vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION:A slit die 2 has a plurality of slits 2a, in which a polymer P extruded from a vacuum agitator 1 is passed, and forming a plurality of polymer thin-film PF in a vacuum chamber 4 through the slits 2a, and said each slit 2a is formed in such a manner that the ratio L/D of depth L to width D is 30-500 and the passage length of the polymer P is increased. Surfaces, from which the outlets of each slit 2a are opened, are formed in continuous chevron sections, and the outlets of each slit 2a are opened to the top sections of each chevron section and the adhesion of the polymer thin-film PF by bubble foaming is prevented. |
