<p>PURPOSE:To make the surface of a coating film like a mirror surface by applying an electron beam-curing coating material having low viscosity on a metal plate, laminating a smooth film thereon with a smooth roll, and irradiating the coating material as laminated state with an electron beam to be cured. CONSTITUTION:An electron beam-curing coating material is applied on a metal plate and controlled to have 0.1-500 poise viscosity. During this state, a polyester film having <=0.01mum center line average rougheness Ra is laminated by pressing with a metal roll having <=0.1mum surface roughness Ra. Then the laminated body is irradiated with an electron beam to cure the coating material. After the coating material is cured, the polyester film is peeled. Namely, by laminating the smooth film on the coating film having low viscosity applied on the metal plate with the smooth roll and by irradiating the laminated body with an electron beam to cure the coating material, the surface of the coating film can be made like a mirror surface.</p> |
